They are one of most efficient people I've worked with. Santiago is the best Loan Officer the process can be stressful but he made it so easy for me. I really enjoyed the process of getting a house because of them. I highly recommend Society Mortgage.

This company kept playing games with Mr. The said I was pre-approved for way more than I was willing to spend, but never sent me the actual letter. And the agent (Jacob) was a bit of a snob to me. When I mentioned that I felt pressured to get more than I could afford, the agent dumped me like garbage. Don't let the push you!

Worst lender ever! Loan Officer Jacob field had no idea about anything only to take the application and pass it along. Processor Gavin Brown just kept lying to me and they screwed up the process. Kept saying conditions were cleared and then email me a laundry of conditions after sticking with them 2 months to only deny the file and left me without a place to live and kids out of school. The worst experience of my life. Jacob never called me throughout the process so unprofessional..

Gabe and Chris were super awesome and very helpful!! They helped my wife and I who are expecting our first baby close just in time before baby came. Let me tell you...this home loan business is no joke and not for the light hearted, BUT when you have a team like Society Mortgage sets you up with it is so smooth. I am a DRAMA QUEEN LOL and can be a handful esp when I feel under pressure, BUT...Josh Dalpoggetto, Miranda Gauthier and the team they handed me to are the absolute best! I will be recommending him and them for anyone I know looking to buy a home! We are first time buyers and Josh and the Team did their thing for us!!!!! We have our forever home and its because this team went above and beyond!! This was a USDA loan and in the end I had no closing cost and no down payment!! That is team work! I only paid my Earnest Deposit, for the appraiser and for the inspector THAT IS IT! THANK YOU AGAIN JOSH AND MIRANDA

John, Miranda and the team have been absolutely amazing!!! Give you some prospective compared to what you can expect from other companies. Most lenders give you a window of so many days to have a pre-approval. Usually like 3 months, I think. I've been working with John to get a house since at least April of 2021 and we just closed 11/6/23. We had some serious ups and downs with this crazy local market. We thought several times that we would end up renting and giving up. Kept at it, kept looking at options. Kept bidding. Kept getting out bid. So it all over again. John and his team have been phenomenal in making it all happen just right and keeping expectations well within in check. I doubt I would have pulled this off without John's help. I think when all is said and done we bid on like 11 houses and looked at 25 to 50 houses. If your shopping for a mortgage broker who can get it done. All I can say is you found the right person for the job! John is amazing in his knowledge and prospective and professional abilities. Thanks so much John and hope to work with you again!
